Attached are the Fall 2016 Production Teams:
DO NOT OPEN UNTIL YOU READ THIS IN ENTIRETY!
Please understand that these shows are small in comparison to the Spring shows, we had to get very discerning in casting. It does not mean you are not talented, and that you will not be successful in the program. We just cannot accommodate large shows on abbreviated rehearsal schedules. I encourage you all to come out to the auditions for the spring shows. Also, we will be looking for vocalists for the bluegrass band for Barbary Allen so get your bluegrass voices ready to go if you are interested. If you are cast as anyone outside of Barbary, Widder, Fancy, William, and Nate you will be eligible for that as well.
And remember we are all a team here, we support each other no matter casting. I know there will be some who are disappointed and if there was a way for everyone to be 100% happy with casts list I would pay everything I have to find the answer, but as of now it is not so. Do not let disappointment rule you. Celebrate others' accomplishments as you want them to do for you. Love and invest in the people in your program, be there for each other in good times and bad. You are always welcome to work on production, if you want to still lend a hand, fill out a tech form that you can find under the Audition page and we will do our best to get you involved.
If you are on the production list then you need to initial by your name on my door Monday to accept your role. And I need completed production contracts on Monday. You can find these under the handbook and contract page that is under the parent page tab. If I do not have these two things by Monday at the end of school, I will assume I need to replace you. Be on the look out for rehearsal schedules tomorrow or Monday. Remember if you did not put it down as a conflict it is not excused. I guarantee there will not be rehearsal on Monday. Barbary cast you may pick up scripts on Monday, Drood on Tuesday.
Congratulations to all who auditioned. Let's get to work.
